Any custom commission or large alteration order will need 50% deposit to start work on the project. The balance balance is payable on finishing fitting and collection. In case of smaller modification work, it is paid at once on completion.

Most standard alterations, like sleeve or hem adjustments, can be completed within 1 week. Complex work like full resizing or lining replacement may take 1-2 weeks. Every garment is given individual aftercare guidelines when collected. We usually suggest professional dry clean only in cases of need and steamer instead of ironing the clothes to preserve their integrity and shape, especially tailored suits and delicate objects.

We know that schedules are altered. We just require a minimum of 24 hours notice in order to rearrange or cancel a fitting appointment. This will enable us to give the slot to a different client. Bespoke project deposits are not refundable after pattern drafting or cutting of fabric has started.
